From Melrose we travel south through Jedburgh and over the Scottish/English border at the Carter Bar into Northumberland. Travelling through the Northumberland National Park and Rothbury we arrive in the historic market town of Alnwick. Alnwick Castle is the ancestral home of the Dukes of Northumberland and recently used as a set for the Harry Potter movies. We will travel along the beautiful Northumbrian Coast where there will be an opportunity to stop and admire the long sandy beaches, historic castle and picturesque scenery. Crossing the English/Scottish border at Coldstream we return to Melrose via Kelso.
Leaving from the Abbey Car Park, Melrose at 9am with agreed pick-ups en-route. Returning to Melrose approx 7pm. Drop offs as requested.
Please note that this tour will go ahead with a minimum of 5 passengers.
