From Melrose we travel east towards Berwick-upon-Tweed then head south along the Northumbrian Coast to Bamburgh Castle. Bamburgh Castle dominates the Northumbrian Coast and is surrounded by stunning beaches and spectacular views to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne and Farne Islands. After a tour of the castle there will be plenty of time to explore the village and beaches.
After lunch we will travel a short distance to the pretty coastal town of Seahouses. Again, there will be plenty of time to explore the town and beaches. Crossing the English/Scottish border at Coldstream we return to Melrose via Kelso.
Leaving from the Abbey Car Park, Melrose at 9.30am with agreed pick-ups en-route. Returning to Melrose approx 7pm. Drop offs as requested.
